1. Residential: Our professional team visits twice a month to change filters and refresh the water, keeping your bath pristine.
2. Businesses: We train your staff on simple SOPs so your unit is always ready for daily use. - Pick-Up – At the end of the rental period, we handle removal seamlessly.
To ensure a smooth delivery and setup of your ice bath, please make sure the following requirements are met:
- Access: All doors, hallways, and access points must be at least 92cm wide.
- Parking: Adequate space is needed for our van to unload and offload the unit.
- Power Supply: The ice bath requires 1,200 watts of spare capacity. (Most modern villas meet this requirement, but please confirm in advance.)
- Surface: The unit must be placed on a flat, stable surface such as concrete or wooden decking. We cannot install directly on grass or soil.
- Electricity & Drainage: A nearby power outlet and proper drainage are essential.
By ensuring these conditions, we can provide a quick, safe, and hassle-free installation.
Do I need to add ice?
Never. The built-in chiller cools and circulates the water automatically — no manual ice required
How long does it take to get cold after installation?
From setup, the ice bath reaches full temperature in around 6 hours. If we install in the morning, it will be ready for use by the evening.
How cold does the water get?
Our chilling units cool the water down to 4°C, ensuring optimal recovery and performance benefits.
What do I have to do?
Nothing at all. The service is completely hands-off—we take care of delivery, setup, maintenance, and pick-up.
How do I adjust the temperature?
Depending on your chilling unit, you can control the settings either via the digital display panel or through a mobile app.
Do I ever need to turn it off?
No. Leave the chiller plugged in and powered on. It maintains temperature automatically and shuts off when it reaches your set point.
How is the water kept clean?
The ice bath uses a built-in UV disinfectant system and stainless steel filter:

How do you maintain the water?
Our team visits twice per month to:
- Replace the filter Drain and refill the bath with clean water.
- Visits are scheduled in advance based on your availability.
Can I leave the ice bath uncovered?

Payment Options: We accept payment via bank transfer or cash on arrival.

Booking Terms: Reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Schedule: Full payment is required prior to delivery to secure your booking.

Property Requirements: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all installation requirements (as listed on this page) are met.

Refunds: If installation cannot be completed due to property requirements not being met, a 50% refund will be issued.
