Custom Branding and Artwork
Every icebaths.comm unit is a canvas. We use precision CNC machinery and artisan craftsmanship in our Bali factory to create one-of-a-kind pieces.
CNC Carving
Your design carved directly into the teak surface. Clean, precise, and permanent. This works beautifully for logos, text, geometric patterns, and line art. The carving sits within the wood itself, so it ages with the piece and never peels, fades, or lifts.
Acrylic Inlay
Your logo or design in any colour, embedded flush into the wood surface. The acrylic is cut to shape, set into a CNC-routed channel, and finished level with the surrounding teak. The result is a smooth, durable surface with a striking contrast between the colour of the inlay and the warmth of the wood. Eye-catching and built to last.
3D Sculptural Carving
We take a 2D image and transform it into a full three-dimensional carved sculpture on the surface of your ice bath. This is where art meets function. The carving rises from the flat panel with depth, shadow, and detail that changes with the light. We have created sculptural pieces for some of the world’s most recognisable brands and private collectors.
Custom Wood Finish
Indonesia is the global home of wood manufacturing. We have access to a huge selection of premium finishes in Bali. If you want your ice bath to match a specific colour palette, interior scheme, or material reference, we can research and source finishes to match.
How it works: share your colour reference with us (a photo, a material sample, a paint code, or even a description). We research available options, send you samples or photos for approval before production, and apply the finish in our factory. If we are unable to find a finish that matches your requirements, any deposit paid toward the custom finish is fully refundable.

How the Custom Process Works
From first conversation to finished product, the process is straightforward.
Step 1. Place your order for any eligible model. A free design consultation begins as part of your purchase.
Step 2. Send us your logo, design, image, or brief. Our design team will create a mockup for your review and approval.
Step 3. Once the design is approved, our craftsmen produce your custom piece in our Bali factory using precision CNC machinery and hand finishing.
Step 4. Your one-of-a-kind ice bath is delivered and installed.
For simple branding (a company logo on the front panel), the process is quick. Send us the logo file and we make it happen as part of your standard production timeline.
For complex or sculptural work, the design consultation and production may add additional time. We will confirm the timeline during the design phase.
For hotels, spas, and commercial venues. A branded ice bath is not just an aesthetic choice. It is a marketing investment. Our ice baths are highly photogenic. Every time a guest uses your branded unit and shares a photo or video on social media, it generates organic exposure for your brand. We have seen this drive millions of views for hotel clients. Steps
Purpose-built teak steps with integrated handrail, designed specifically for icebaths.comm products.
Our steps are built from the same century-old teak and marine-grade finish as the ice bath itself. They are not an afterthought. They are a seamless extension of the design.
Matching construction. Same wood, same finish, same quality as your ice bath. They look like they belong because they do.
Integrated handrail. A solid handrail for safe entry and exit. Especially important for commercial settings, older users, or anyone who wants confident, stable access.
Space-saving design. The chiller fits underneath the steps. This keeps your installation clean and compact, with the chiller tucked away out of sight. The chiller’s steel frame holds 300kg, so it doubles as a solid platform even without dedicated steps on top.
Available for all models. Barrel, Column, and Cube.
For commercial operators (hotels, spas, gyms, wellness centres), we strongly recommend including steps as standard. Accessible entry is a priority in any setting where you are serving a wide range of users.

Extended Hoses
For installations where the chiller needs to be further from the bath.
Every ice bath comes with standard 1-metre stainless steel hoses connecting the bath to the chiller. This works for most installations where the chiller sits right beside the bath.
If your setup requires more distance (for example, placing the chiller in an adjacent room, behind a partition, under steps at a distance, or in a utility area), we offer extended hoses up to a maximum of 5 metres between the bath and the chiller.
The extended hoses are the same custom-crimped stainless steel as the standard hoses. They are leak-proof, rust-resistant, and designed for permanent installation.
Contact the team to discuss your layout and confirm the hose length you need. Extended hoses should be specified at the time of order.
Extended Power Cord
For installations where the power outlet is further from the chiller.
The standard power cord is 2 metres. If your nearest power outlet is further from the chiller location, we can supply an extended power cord at the time of order.
This is preferable to using a third-party extension lead, as our cord is built to the correct specification for the chiller’s power requirements. If you do use your own extension cable, it must be a minimum of 3×1.5mm for safety.

Thermal Insulation Lid
Included with every ice bath as standard.
Every unit ships with a thermal insulation lid designed to fit your specific model. The lid is lightweight, waterproof, and designed to be placed on the bath whenever it is not in active use.
The lid serves three purposes: it keeps debris out of the water, it holds the temperature so the chiller works less, and it reduces electricity consumption. Always replace the lid after each session.
If your lid is damaged or you need a replacement, contact the team.
Hose Connectors
Included with every ice bath as standard.
Every unit ships with stainless steel quick-connect hose connectors. These are leak-proof, rust-resistant, and designed for tool-free installation. Pull back the coupler to unlock, push the hose fully in, release the coupler to lock. No plumber required.
Replacement connectors are available from our team if needed.
Chiller Without Teak Cover
For installations where the chiller is hidden from view.
The standard chiller comes with a matching teak wood cover that makes it look beautiful sitting beside the bath. But not every installation needs the cover. If the chiller is going under steps, inside a utility cupboard, behind a partition, or in a plant room, the teak cover is unnecessary.
We offer the chiller without the teak cover for these installations. The chiller itself is the same unit with all the same components and performance. Only the outer wooden housing is removed.

Wood Maintenance Kit
Everything you need to restore the finish on your ice bath.
For customers who want to refinish their ice bath themselves (see our Wood Maintenance guide for full instructions), we offer a maintenance kit containing sandpaper, teak oil or marine-grade finish, application cloth, and step-by-step instructions.

Spare Parts
We stock every component.
Because we design and manufacture our own chilling systems, we stock every spare part. Replacement particle filters, UV bulbs, hose connectors, pumps, capacitors, WiFi modules, and all other components are available from our team. International shipping is available for spare parts.
