Rental Terms

How does renting work

We deliver a fully set up ice bath to your property, connect the chiller, fill the water, test the system, and walk you through everything. From that point, our team visits every two weeks to maintain the unit. When your rental period ends, we collect it.

What is the minimum rental period?

One month. After that, you can continue on a rolling monthly basis or commit to a longer term for a better rate. Contact our team for current pricing and availability.

What happens if I want to buy after renting?

Many of our rental customers go on to purchase.

This is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Rental units are not always brand new and may have been rented to other customers before you. If you are interested in purchasing the unit you are renting, let us know and our team will discuss your options.

Delivery & Installation

Where in Bali do you deliver?

We deliver and install across the whole island, including Canggu, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Kuta, Ubud, Gianyar, Tegallalang, Sanur, Denpasar, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Pecatu, and the Bukit Peninsula. If your area is not listed here, get in touch and we will confirm.

What do I need at my property before delivery?

A flat, stable surface near a drainage point and a standard 220V power outlet within reach. That is it. Our team handles everything else on delivery day.

Where should it be placed?

Most of our installations are outdoors, which is the preferred setup. The teak is protected by a marine-grade finish and the chiller is IP67 rated, fully waterproof and designed for permanent outdoor use in tropical conditions. Indoor installation is possible but the room must be well ventilated and positioned away from bedrooms, as the chiller releases warm air while operating. Please note that we do not carry out custom installations for rental units.

Maintenance and Care

What maintenance is included?

Our team visits your property every two weeks to service the unit. This includes checking the chiller, cleaning the filter, testing the water, and ensuring everything is performing as it should. You do not need to do anything between visits.

Do I need to add chemicals?

No. The built-in three-stage purification system handles water quality. UV-C light, stainless steel filtration, and continuous circulation keep the water clean without chemicals.

Rental Units

Which model do I get with a rental?

We have a dedicated pool of rental units. Most are Barrels, although Cubes are occasionally available. Some rental units are our latest design and others are from our earlier production runs. All are maintained to the same standard by our team. Contact us to discuss what is currently available.

I am tall. Will I fit?

For anyone above 6ft 2, we recommend the Cube for a more spacious experience and full shoulder submersion. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a Cube will be available at the time of your rental. If height is a concern, please mention it when you get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How cold does it get?

The chiller maintains water temperature as low as 3 degrees Celsius. You control the exact temperature using the digital panel or the WiFi app, depending on the unit.
