These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the icebaths.com website (“Site”) and the purchase of any products or services from ICEBATH.COM PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202323273R), a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Company”). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. About Us
icebaths.com is operated by ICEBATH.COM PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN: 202323273R). Our registered office address is 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore (049422). Our manufacturing facility and operations are based in Bali, Indonesia, at Jl. Raya Padonan No.134, Tibubeneng, Padonan, Bali 80363.
We design, manufacture, sell, deliver, install, and service premium ice baths and chilling systems.
2. Products and Services
Our products include handcrafted teak ice baths (Barrel, Column, Cube, and Onyx models), integrated chilling systems, accessories (including but not limited to steps, extended hoses, extended power cords, thermal insulation lids, and custom branding), and related installation and maintenance services.
Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes. Because every ice bath is crafted from natural teak, each unit is unique. Variations in wood grain, colour, knot pattern, and texture are inherent characteristics of the material and are not defects. The product you receive may differ in appearance from the images shown on the Site.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and other information on the Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or free from error. If we discover an error in the description or pricing of a product you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you and give you the option to proceed or cancel the order.
3. Placing an Order
By placing an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance in writing (via email or WhatsApp) and a deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when placing an order is accurate and complete, including your name, delivery address, contact details, and any specific requirements for your installation.
All orders are made to order. Production begins once the applicable deposit has been received. The approximate production timeline is 6 weeks from deposit, though this may vary depending on the model, customisation requirements, and current production schedule. We will keep you informed of progress and provide a specific delivery date once production is underway.
4. Payment
Payment terms, including deposit amounts and payment schedule, will be agreed between you and our team at the time of order. The agreed payment terms will be confirmed in writing.
All prices quoted on the Site or by our team are in the currency stated at the time of quotation (USD or IDR). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders for which a deposit has already been received.
For international orders, the stated price includes shipping from Bali unless otherwise specified. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We will provide all documentation required for customs clearance but are not responsible for delays, charges, or complications arising from customs processes in your country.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit has been paid and accepted, the order is confirmed and cannot be cancelled.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on delivered products. This applies to all models, including standard and custom orders.
If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty, please refer to our Warranty section below.
Custom Orders
Custom orders include, but are not limited to, the Onyx model, CNC carving, acrylic inlay, 3D sculptural carving, custom wood finishes, custom dimensions, and any bespoke modifications to standard products. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable from the moment production begins. Because these products are made to your specific requirements, they cannot be resold as standard inventory.
If a custom wood finish cannot be sourced to match your requirements, any deposit paid toward that specific customisation element will be refunded in full or credited toward your order at your choice.
6. Delivery and Installation
Domestic (Bali)
For customers in Bali, delivery and installation are included. Our team will deliver the product to your property, install it, connect the chiller, fill the bath with water, pair the app (if applicable), and walk you through the system. A delivery date will be confirmed once production is complete.
Indonesia (Outside Bali)
Delivery to locations in Indonesia outside of Bali is available. Shipping costs will be quoted separately based on destination. Installation support will be provided remotely. If on-site installation is required, travel costs may apply and will be quoted in advance.
International
We ship internationally. All shipping quotations include transit insurance to cover damage during transport. The purchase price for standard models includes shipping from Bali unless otherwise stated. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility. We will provide commercial invoices, packing lists, and any other documentation required for customs clearance.
Delivery timelines for international orders vary depending on destination and logistics. We will provide an estimated delivery window at the time of order and keep you informed throughout the process.
Risk and Ownership
For domestic orders (Bali and Indonesia), risk and ownership transfer to you upon completion of installation at your property.
For international orders, transit insurance is included in the shipping quotation. The product is insured against damage during transit from our facility to your delivery address. Risk and ownership transfer to you upon delivery to your premises.
Shipping Damage
All shipments include transit insurance. If your product arrives with visible damage, you are required to report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Reports must include a description of the damage and photographic evidence sent to hello@icebaths.com. Failure to report damage within this timeframe, or without photographic evidence, may affect your ability to make a claim under the transit insurance.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement of damaged components, or other remedies at our discretion. Any insurance claim will be managed by our team on your behalf.
7. Installation Requirements and Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the installation location meets the requirements set out in our Installation Requirements guide. This includes providing a suitable surface, adequate space, and access to a power supply. In certain countries, a voltage stabiliser is required for the chiller to operate safely and for the warranty to remain valid. Please refer to the Installation Requirements guide for full details.
We are not responsible for any damage to your property, flooring, or surrounding structures resulting from improper installation, inadequate structural support, water leaks caused by third-party interference, condensation, or failure to meet the installation requirements.
You are responsible for carrying out scheduled maintenance as described in our maintenance guides (Water Maintenance, Wood Maintenance, and Chiller Maintenance). Failure to follow the recommended maintenance schedules may affect the performance of the system and may void the warranty. Our maintenance guides are available in the knowledge centre on our website.
8. Warranty
Our products are covered by the following warranty from the date of installation (for Bali and Indonesia customers) or the date of arrival at your premises (for international customers):
Chilling unit and all electrical components. 1 year. Covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal residential or commercial use.
Teak ice bath (structural). 5 years. Covers structural defects in joinery and leaking. Does not cover cosmetic changes, colour shifts, surface cracks, or grain variation, which are natural characteristics of teak.
The full terms of the warranty, including what is and is not covered, the claims process, and conditions that void the warranty, are set out in our separate Warranty Document. The Warranty Document forms part of these Terms.
Our liability under the warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components at our discretion. Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
9. Health Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk
Cold water immersion carries inherent risks. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept the following:
Cold water immersion may not be suitable for everyone. Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to heart disease, high blood pressure, circulatory disorders, respiratory conditions, diabetes, or epilepsy, should consult a qualified medical professional before using an ice bath.
Pregnant individuals should consult a medical professional before using an ice bath.
You should never use the ice bath alone. We recommend that another person is always present during use.
Do not submerge your head. Enter the water slowly and carefully. Exit immediately if you experience dizziness, numbness, shortness of breath, chest pain, or any other discomfort.
Limit immersion time appropriately, particularly at lower temperatures. Listen to your body and build tolerance gradually over time.
We do not make any medical or health claims regarding our products. Any information on our Site, in our knowledge centre, or communicated by our team relating to the potential benefits of cold water immersion is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
By using our products, you assume all risks associated with cold water immersion and release icebaths.com from any liability for injury, illness, or adverse health effects arising from the use of our products.
10. Product Use and Safety
Our products are designed for cold water immersion only. They are not designed for heating, and no heating element should be added to the system.
The chiller unit is an electrical appliance. It must not be submerged in water. Keep all power cables, plugs, and sockets dry and away from water. Always use a grounded power outlet. We recommend the use of grounding equipment (earth rod and cable) for additional safety.
Follow the maintenance schedules and guidelines provided in our knowledge centre and Owner’s Guide. Failure to follow the recommended maintenance schedule may affect the performance of the system and may void the warranty.
Do not use chemicals in the water that have not been approved by icebaths.com. Do not use replacement parts, accessories, or components not supplied or approved by icebaths.com. Unauthorised modifications, repairs by third parties, or the use of non-approved products void the warranty and may affect the safety of the system.
Children must be supervised at all times near the ice bath. The ice bath is not intended for use by children.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, icebaths.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, the purchase of our products, or the use of our products.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for:
Damage to property, flooring, or surrounding structures resulting from installation, water exposure, condensation, or improper use.
Injury, illness, or adverse health effects resulting from the use of our products, including cold water immersion.
Delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to shipping delays, customs processing, natural disasters, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
Any loss or damage arising from the use of third-party services or products in connection with our products, including but not limited to voltage stabilisers, power supplies, or building structures.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, photographs, images, videos, product designs, logos, branding, graphics, page layouts, and written materials, is the property of icebaths.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, display, republish, or use any content from this Site for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of icebaths.com.
Our product designs, including the design of the Barrel, Column, Cube, and Onyx models, are proprietary. Reproduction or imitation of our product designs is prohibited.

13. Website Use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site.
We may provide links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of use. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk.
We may use cookies and similar technologies on the Site. For information on how we collect and use data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
14. Privacy
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site and placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We will never sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with service providers (such as shipping carriers) as necessary to fulfil your order.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, civil unrest, fire, flood, earthquake, supply chain disruptions, shipping delays, or failure of third-party services.
In the event of force majeure, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact. If the delay exceeds 90 days, either party may terminate the order by written notice. In such case, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
16. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation administered in accordance with the mediation rules of the Singapore Mediation Centre.
If mediation is unsuccessful, or if either party chooses not to pursue mediation, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Warranty Document, Privacy Policy, and any written order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and icebaths.com relating to the purchase and use of our products. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
