Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is returned within 45 days of the delivery date.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all components included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
- The return request has been submitted and approved before shipping the item back.
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Products that have been assembled, filled with water, or used in any way.
- Items purchased during a clearance or final sale event (marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase).
- Accessories, consumables, or replacement parts.
- Products with damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow care instructions.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at hello@icebaths.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with approval or further instructions.
- Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions.
Important: Do not ship items back without an approved RMA number. Unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to:
- A manufacturing defect or product fault.
- An error on our part (e.g. incorrect item shipped).
In these cases, Icebaths.com will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Icebaths.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return journey.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
Approved Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued if:
- The item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition.
- Original packaging or accessories are missing.
Rejected Returns
If your return is rejected (e.g. the item is used, damaged by the customer, or outside the return window), we will contact you and the item will be returned to you at your cost.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund (subject to eligibility) and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@icebaths.com. Include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the damage or defect and the packaging.
We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the order has been dispatched. To cancel an order, email hello@icebaths.com as soon as possible with your order number.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our standard return process once the item is delivered.
8. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — including guarantees relating to acceptable quality and fitness for purpose — apply in full and cannot be excluded by this policy.
