We provide a 2-year warranty on all ice baths when the chiller unit is installed with a voltage stabilizer. This covers structural integrity, the chilling system, and key components.
Our baths are equipped with low-energy pumps, insulated fiberglass interiors, and optimized chilling units that reduce power consumption while maintaining consistent temperatures and hygene levels.
We require a level surface, power connection (with generator backup recommended for commercial spaces), and access to proper drainage. A detailed technical guide will be provided.
Once restarted, the chilling unit will cool the water back to 5°C within 1 to 2 hours, depending on ambient conditions.
Your ice bath will be delivered fully assembled or in modular sections (for difficult access points) and installed by our expert team or a certified partner. We coordinate all logistics to ensure a seamless installation experience.

For optimal performance, the chilling unit is designed to remain plugged in. However, if turned off, it can quickly return to optimal temperature once powered back on.
You’ll need a standard power outlet and a suitable drainage system. We’ll provide a full technical specification upon order.
The chilling system will bring the water back to the desired temperature (5°C) within 1 to 2 hours, depending on ambient temperatures.
